• Entrance Ticket - Children are defined as those under the age of 12. Anyone older than the specified, must take full ticket.
• Boating ticket - The seats available for each boat are the total number of passengers including children (no age limit). No more passengers will be allowed.
• The ticket verification should be completed by reaching the center 15 minutes before the booking time.
• Ticket Cancellation and Refund are not permitted except in case of bad weather or during emergency boat maintenance.
